*Important Update: Messaging in Online & Mobile Banking
We’re enhancing the way you connect with us!
Beginning April 1, members can start using our new MyChat feature within Online and Mobile Banking. Simply click on MyChat (located on the left-hand side menu), select a team member and start your conversation to receive personalized support.
The ability to create a conversation through the Messages option will remain available during the transition period. However, effective May 15, the existing conversation feature and the PCFCU Connect app will be removed. At that time, members will only be able to message us through Online and Mobile Banking using MyChat.
