- The image must be a JPEG - the file name should end with .jpg or .jpeg.
- The image should be landscape in orientation, not portrait.
- The image should be at least 600 dpi (dots per inch) - the higher the dpi, the clearer the image will be.
- The image should be at least 2100 pixels wide. If you mouse over your image in Windows Explorer, it will tell you the dimensions in pixels.
- Select a large part of the image. Small selections will result in poor image quality.
- The image cannot be more than 2048 kb. If you mouse over your image in Windows Explorer, it will tell your the size of the file in kilobytes (kb).
- Photos work best. Most digital cameras on their default settings will produce photos that meet the above requirements.
- Pinal County Federal Credit Union reserves the right to reject any image that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of copyright and trademark laws.
Pinal County Federal Credit Union reserves the right to reject inappropriate images at its discretion. These include, but are not limited to:
- Profanity, or obscenities, or images that are offensive
- Sexually suggestive/explicit images
- Images that are discriminatory racially, sexually, ethnically or in any other manner
- Images showing criminal or illegal activities
- Images portraying violence, hatred or cruelty to humans or animals.
- Images that you do not own the copyright on or have permission to reproduce - this includes logos, trademarks, celebrities and artwork (except your own artwork)
- Personal information including home, website and email addresses
- Is there a charge for these photo cards?
- If you choose a standard image your first card is free, a reorder will cost $10.00 For custom images, you first card is $10.00 as well as replacement cards will be $10.00
- If I get a new custom card for my existing VISA account, will the expiration date change?
- Yes. Be sure to notify any services that bill your card regularly when you get your new card.

- I am not sure if my image is appropriate, or it was rejected. Who can I contact about that?

- My new card feels different. Is this going to cause problems when I try to use it?
- Unlike an embossed Visa credit or debit card with raised numbers, letters, and symbols, the un-embossed card has a smooth, flat surface. Your new VISA debit card is accepted by all Visa merchant locations with electronic terminals.
- Do I need to be a member of Pinal County FCU to apply for a card?
- Yes, you need to have an established checking account. If you are not a current member you may apply online.
