The MyChat feature within Online and Mobile Banking is the best way to communicate with us. Simply click on MyChat (located on the left-hand side menu), select a team member and start your conversation to receive your personalized support.
Effective May 15th, the conversation feature and the PCFCU Connect app have been removed. At this time, members will only be able to message us through Online and Mobile Banking using MyChat.
