We are excited to announce the following changes to our Credit and Debit Cards coming February 24, 2025!
As a follow-up to last year’s Core Conversion, we are now converting all cards to our new platform:
Credit Card holders will be receiving a new credit card (in January) with instructions on when you can activate and begin using your new card.

You will not be issued a new debit card until your card expires or upon request.
With this card conversion there will be some exciting changes to your cards:

The Contactless “Tap” Feature will now be available on all newly issued cards

Google Pay will now be added to Digital Wallet to join Apple Pay and Samsung Pay

Advanced Card Controls within MyOnline Banking (CardValet will be disabled on 02/21/2025)

Online banking will be unavailable from 6pm to 11pm on Friday 2/21/2025

How can I dispute a charge that isn't mine?

When will I receive my Visa debit card?
Visa debit card orders will take 7-10 business days via mail.
Can I withdraw from my savings account at an ATM?
Yes, if withdrawing from savings account, regulatory restrictions will apply.
Are there limits associated with my debit card?
Yes, for your security your card has a daily spending limit of $1,500, with $500 of that limit available for ATM cash withdrawal.
How can I change my PIN Number?
Starting February 24th you may change your PIN number by visiting any of our branch locations or by calling 800-290-7893.
Will my card work internationally?
Give us a call at 520-381-3100 to verify your card is authorized for international usage.

What number do I call to cancel my card if it’s lost/stolen?
To report your card as lost or stolen please call 520-381-3100, Option 3 for Card Services, then option 2 for Lost/Stolen cards.
