We’ve heard you and agree…our TECHNOLOGY is getting a major update! 2024 Promises to be pretty exciting for the PCFCU Family!

Now that we are live:  

  • Audio Access/Phone Banking has changed.
    • The New Phone Banking system defaults to Touch Tone - Dial 8* to switch to Speech Recognition.
    • HOW TO USE TELEPHONE BANKING
      • Dial: 800-404-8640

      • Follow the menu prompts

      • Enter your account number and PIN

      • The first time you call in you will be required to verify your identity by entering your account number, followed by your Social Security number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to create a (or use your current) Personal Identification Number (PIN). For account transactions and inquiries (balances, interest, etc.) you’ll always be asked to enter your account number and PIN.

  • New Logon/password is required for MyOnline Banking

    • For enrollement you will need your Social Security NumberAccount NumberEmail Address and Phone Number.
      • To ensure you are able to enroll please make sure the credit union has your correct, up to date information. 
  • New Mobile appPCFCU MyMobile Banking app will need to be downloaded.

Helpful tips for the new system! 

Phone Banking: Call 1-800-404-8640, follow instructions to set up your profile. How to Video 

Social Security Number: Please enter your full SSN, all 9-digits (Do not include dashes).

MyOnline BankingMUST use the primary members SSN and the base account number (do not include the 00, 10, 17 etc.). How to Enroll

MyMobile Banking: Please download the NEW app in your favorite app store. 

Phone Number: When entering do not include the 1. For instance only include the number 5203813100. 

FaceID: If your FaceID is not turned on and you would like it to be, use these steps. 

  1. Go to Settings on the device (not the mobile app), then tap Face ID & Passcode. If asked, enter your passcode. If you didn’t set a passcode, you’ll be asked to create one to use as an alternate way to verify your identity.
  2. Tap Set Up Face ID.

Don't use Autofill: When enrolling in online banking do not use the Autofill feature some phones have. We have noticed members getting locked out because this information is sometimes saved wrong. 

Zelle: To avoid denials Do NOT use emoji's or icons in Contact Names or Memo's. Doing so when trying to send money will cause a denial.
