LETTER FROM YOUR CEO
We’ve heard you and agree…our TECHNOLOGY is getting a major update! 2024 Promises to be pretty exciting for the PCFCU Family!
Through face-to-face interactions with our members, emails and social media, the credit union has been compiling constructive feedback to help us make your credit union better. On behalf of our volunteer board, committee members, and #TeamPCFCU we say "thank you!" Thank you for your energy, your passion and your honesty when sharing how you want to see greater operational efficiencies, security and functionality to fit your lifestyles.
For more than a year, the Pinal County FCU has targeted multiple areas to enhance your banking experience (The Online Banking changes from earlier this year were NOT part of this plan). In response, we decided to do a total systems upgrade - a strategic overhaul to enhance your traditional and virtual transactions with improvements to our mobile, online and telephone banking platforms, as well as our bill pay program.
To do this, we will need to test your patience, again. It is not possible to switch over to new operating systems without shutting down the current systems, transferring the data to the new systems, and, finally, bringing the new systems online.
Please note on your calendar many Pinal County FCU products and services will not be available on the following dates during the system upgrade: Saturday, June 1st through Monday, June 3rd, 2024.
· Credit union will Lobbies and Drive Thru – Closed
· E-Services such as Online and Mobile Banking – Will be Unavailable.
· Debit and Credit Card Network - Access Limited. Balances Unavailable.
· You will have NO access to your accounts during the System Upgrade Weekend
Upon completion of our core conversion, we hope you will discover member-friendly platforms that are easier to navigate, functioning faster and safely. Again, we agree that it's (about) time and thank you for your input and continued membership. We do not take this interruption in service lightly and look forward to better serving your financial needs.
Sincerely,
Amy Marshall

To our valued members,
I would like to take a minute to address the recent changes to on-line and mobile banking. The online banking platform we have been on for years, Netbranch, was scheduled to sunset by our Core Processor, FISERV Galaxy. This forced us to convert over to their new platform, Virtual Branch Next. Unfortunately, our only other option would have been to not offer online banking, which is an invaluable service for our membership.
In addition, to the whole new platform FISERV could not accommodate members single sign on ability to access e-statements, which created additional confusion and frustration. For the time being a separate sign on is now required to access e-statements. When the notification with your sign-on information went out from Exela, the subject line contained the members account number. Communication from this vendor was also sent out explaining the error and providing assurances that the e-mails were sent as a secured message to the intended recipient.
We want to assure you that the security of your accounts is of the upmost importance to us. We apologize for this unfortunate set of circumstances and the frustrations it caused. Due to this and many other reasons we have decided to transition all of our products and services over to a new Core processor beginning June 2024. To do this, we will need to test your patience once again. It is not possible to switch over to a new operating system without shutting down the current systems, transferring the data, and, finally, bringing the new systems online. We do not take change lightly and are only doing so to provide a better member experience for you. As the member owners you deserve the best products, services, and experience that we can provide, and this conversion will make that possible.
Sincerely,
Amy Marshall
